How to play
Please find some guidelines below to help you understand the Game before you hit PLAY.
Administration
Every Player is allocated 10 Million Dollars as a Starting Budget and he has to allocate this budget, fully or partially to the four main departments in his company:
- Sales and Marketing
- Purchasing
- Production
- Human Resources
Terms and End Profit Calculation
Every Player should allocate 5 Times, where each time represents a Year term. The full Term is 5 Years. The End Profit (Result) depends on your allocation versus your competitors' allocations and the Market Situation. It is equal to the sum of the profits made through the whole term of 5 Years.
Playing Rules
Once the Player submits his budget values for the allocated Departments, he cannot go back to change any of those values. The Player can only move to the next Term but can never go back. Once submitted, the values will produce a Result that will affect the Equity of the next Term.
Some Hints
Below are some hints that would help the Player take into consideration some factors that would have a direct impact on his decisions through manipulating the End Results at end of the full term.
The profit cycle starts by Marketing and Sales, then Purchasing the required materials used in Production, that requires Human Resources.
The results of each Term (Year) will accumulate to generate a final Result for the played instance of the Game.

Administration
The Market Condition can change from year to year. The Condition for a given Term can be Normal, Growth, or Slow and this Condition can affect the ideal allocation for each Department. The Player can only know the conditions at the end of the game when his Results are published.
